Q.  Do you search the entire state of New Jersey?
A.  Yes, we have independent searchers in each of the 21 counties.

Q.  Do you file Notice of Settlement?
A.  Yes we can file N.O.S.  for you

Q.  Do you obtain payoffs?
A.  Yes, we can obtain payoffs for mortgages,  judgments, child support,  federal tax liens, etc..

Q.  Do you clear up previously paid mortgages still open of record?
A.  Yes, we will  do our best to track down the party authorized to issue a discharge 
      and obtain same to record for you.  

Q.  Can you conduct closings?
A.  Yes, we have closers available for any location through out the state of N.J. at the time that
      best suits your needs.

Q.  Do you disburse funds?
A.  Yes - in addition we also will return closing packages, record your new documents (deed/mtg)
      and any cancellations and /or discharges.
